FireCast Status MonitorFireCast Status Monitor is a utility for Windows, Mac OS X, or Linux that monitors your FireCast network and alerts you of problems. It runs automatically in your taskbar or dock, so you don't have to login to ClientCenter or wait for emails to get up-to-date information on your network.The Status Monitor window provides at-a-glance information on your kiosk and signage units. Customizable monitoring allows you to watch one or more accounts at once (ideal for resellers handling multiple networks) or filter the list for only a select group of units (perfect for companies that assign each group of units to an account executive).  Alert messages and a color-coded icon in your taskbar/dock notify you promptly of any changes, such as when a unit stops checking in properly or resumes checking in again. This information is especially useful to support personnel but can be of significant value to management and marketing staff as well.
