"We have been using FireCast OS for over a year and have it running on 30 kiosks for both internal and public access. Prior to deploying FireCast we used NetShift on Windows 2000. The biggest problem with NetShift was instability - a unit literally had to be automatically rebooted every hour to ensure availability. Switching to a Linux-based system has definitely solved the problem of stability for us. ... I wish all vendors were as attentive and serious about customer satisfaction!
