Are you an ideal WireSpring customer?
|
It's no secret that hundreds of companies sell kiosk and digital signage software. We differentiate ourselves with
high quality products and a level of customer service
that is all but unheard of in today's business world. Our goal is simple: we want to add significant value to the
business operations of each of our customers. This approach means that we're probably not going to sell software to
10,000 different companies, but that's fine with us. We'd rather work closely with a smaller number of accounts,
each of whom enjoys a high quality product and an extremely attentive customer support team, rather than bringing
on thousands of accounts whom we never get to interact with one-on-one.
After more than 7 years in this business, our focus is on medium-to-large chains of retail stores,
banks, hotels, restaurants, and corporate branch offices -- and the firms that serve them.
Leveraging our highly personalized approach, we empower customers to bring the next generation of
digital merchandising to life. If your company shares these values and goals for your project,
we'd love to hear from you.

What they're saying
"WireSpring has been an outstanding asset to our business. Their product line does everything they claim and has proven to be exceptionally reliable. What's more, their outstanding customer service and technical support has helped us meet seemingly impossible deadlines. No other company we deal with has demonstrated this level of commitment to our success."
- Pat Patregnani, President

"We have been using FireCast OS for over a year and have it running on 30 kiosks for both internal and public access. Prior to deploying FireCast we used NetShift on Windows 2000. The biggest problem with NetShift was instability - a unit literally had to be automatically rebooted every hour to ensure availability. Switching to a Linux-based system has definitely solved the problem of stability for us. ... I wish all vendors were as attentive and serious about customer satisfaction! Any question we've had has been answered either immediately or within a few hours. Overall, we are very satisfied with our decision to switch to FireCast. I would select them again in the same situation."
