The Digital Signage Insider
WireSpring's blog featuring tips and analysis from a team of industry experts

Weblog linked from WireSpring.com

Author: Bill Gerba on 2004-07-27 20:09:29

Apparently keeping a "personal" blog about my business has caused some confusion for people, and a number have asked why I don't just host the blog on wirespring.com.  After talking with our folks about that for a while, we decided that that actually makes some good sense, for a number of reasons.  So, from here on out, all of the content featured in this blog will be mirrored at http://www.wirespring.com/dynamic_digital_signage_and_interactive_kiosks_journal

For those of you reading this from the wirespring.com address, I've been keeping a weblog on interactive kiosks, self-service solutions and dynamic digital signage since February 2004 at my personal website, www.billgerba.com  I basically use it as a sounding board, and to plug WireSpring's FireCast software for kiosks and digital signs.

Both pages will remain up indefinitely (I've got a number of RSS feeds pulling from the billgerba.com URL, and after all, it is  my weblog), and the content updates will now go to both locations, as will identical RDF files.  I've turned off web spidering for the billgerba.com URL, so there shouldn't be any duplication in the major search engines.

If anybody has any questions or comments about this, or has trouble using this page or the one at WireSpring, I'd love to hear from you.  This is a work in progress, and the great feedback that I've gotten so far has really made a tremendous difference.

Editorial policy:

Article topics are selected by our writers and editors, with the goal of providing objective and useful information to the entire digital signage industry. This means covering a lot of projects that have nothing to do with WireSpring's products, and we're fine with that. Whenever we mention a project that WireSpring is directly involved in, we'll be sure to provide appropriate disclosure in the text. If you'd like to suggest a topic for a future article, feel free to leave a comment or contact us. We don't take very kindly to PR spam, so please review our past articles before contacting us to verify that what you're planning to send is a good fit for our audience.
